J & A VersaFlow Services ("J & A VersaFlow," "we," "us," or "our") provides warehousing, fulfillment, import/export coordination, and trucking support from our facility in Anaheim, California. Quote requests (Contact page): name, company, email, phone, the service you're asking about, and a description of your shipment or project.

Schedule a Call: the same contact details, submitted when you request a call.

Customer onboarding: legal business name, DBA/trade name, primary contact name and title, email, phone, business address, a description of the products or cargo you handle, estimated shipment/pallet volume, storage term, the services you're requesting, and any additional notes you provide.

Provider onboarding: legal business name, DBA/trade name, primary contact name and title, email, phone, business address, services and coverage area, operating authority/license number, insurance expiration date, and equipment/capacity details.

We also automatically collect standard technical information when you visit the site — such as browser type, device information, and pages visited — through our web host and, if enabled, analytics tools.

We ask that you not submit bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, full tax identification numbers, passwords, or copies of government identification through these forms or by email. If we need that kind of information to complete onboarding, we'll arrange an approved secure method to collect it.

We use the information you provide to:
